One of my friends bought a house to live in and rent out the extra rooms to tenants. No one renews with him. He asked me and our other friends “whats wrong with Elon Musk?” and he texted our friend group a statement saying he doesn’t think we are good friends because we didn’t tell him happy birthday (because none of us knew it was his birthday) and then he left the text group, and we haven’t talked to him since. So yeah, I agree that landlords suck ass.
