Just in case you care, Jay from Mindforce was on A2G this week and clarified his comments. I took them at face value, and I was wrong about of my initial interpretation of what he said. Carry on.

No Drug Church or Magnitude for the PNW dates is a serious bummer

 

that lineup is stacked for Boston but not gonna lie 6 bands is excessive for a wednesday night show imo

Most online discourse about hardcore is pretty terrible. This thread and no echo articles is about as much as I seek out. I’ll follow bands, labels, and other folks on insta to find new stuff. I’ll go listen to demos and promos on bandcamp. I feel like I have a good process for being in the loop. But generally speaking, if I want to talk hardcore I will just talk to my friends.
