Record sounded really, really good.

Record listening party was okay. It was at the smaller record store in our city so there wasn’t like a ton of extra activities. We all just kind of stood around and listened to the album then did some prizes. Would be sweet if this caught on though. Feels like there’s few communal music experiences that aren’t concerts.

 

It’s definitely a throwback to the old days. Used to do this somewhat regularly.

 

If I’m looking at the tour poster correctly, there are no opening acts? Does that mean each of them will perform an individual set like the last tour?

There are opening acts for each show. Carly Rae Jepsen, Broken Social Scene, Illuminati Hotties, Bartees Strange, and Claud are all on various dates.

 

Slant gave this album a 2.5/5, but it's the only pan of the album I have seen

Yes, they’re represented by the symbols next to their names and then the dates of the tour. The Pomona date has no symbols next to it that correspond with the opening acts.

Edit: I just realized in my initial post I didn’t specify in Pomona which is what I thought in my head but didn’t write haha

Low key bummed the MA date is on Father’s Day. I have like 3 fathers to celebrate and get together with that weekend so it wouldn’t be easy to go lol
