    I’m not ranking shit.

But if I did, I wouldn’t have a tie. You gotta make the call on which is better. It doesn’t have feelings. Just do it haha

Watched the Zane interview just now. Going back and watching this is now hilarious. I’m sure I saw it back in the day, but I don’t remember audible cricket sounds haha

Hmmm… in the liner notes it lists a song called “Life Is Like A Seashell.” Am I missing something? Or is this maybe a song cut late in the process?

I really dislike when bands do this.

I can always be better, so I'll always try. Supporter

I didn't love many of the songs on this after a few listens, with the exception of "Fake Out" which I think is exceptional.

I like when bands do it. It’s pretty rare. You’ll be fine.

After watching The 1975 pull it off so well, I want to see more of it. I know that tour was the only time I'm going to see some of my favorite album tracks live, and I imagine it being the same for other artists. I wish more album tours were like this, and then the following tour in between albums being more of a general hits setlist. Not all bands can pull it off, but The 1975 could and I believe Fall Out Boy can as well.

I mean, I think there’s like no chance they’ll play more than 6-8 from it. You’ll get your preference. So yea, you’ll be fine.

Reading it back, I can see how that could happen. It’s all good.

Yeah, I think it's a shame bands will put out a new album and then never play those songs. It feels like such a waste.

I remember seeing Blue October when they put out Sway, and they played almost the whole album and a healthy assortment of other cuts. It was incredible.

It's how all bands should operate.

As someone who normally catches bands on multiple tours, I love when shows are heavy on the new stuff

I think most bands find a good balance. Jimmy played almost all of Futures on the OG Futures tour. They played all but 3. That’s probably the most of a new album I’ve seen played live. On the end of the spectrum was Saves The Day for the Sound The Alarm tour. They only played three new songs and two of them had been played on the previous fall tour before the album came out if I recall correctly.

Most bands seem to land in the middle of that.

Also echo that I like majority new material played. I see acts a lot that I like so I like to hear things that may only be played once or twice.

To me Love from the Other Side is far and away the standout. The blend of old(er) school FOB guitars + a renewed energy is just *chef's kiss*.

  24. this album is dominating my brain and listening. This is such a blend of the best of pre- and post-hiatus FOB and I'm very happy to have it.

Been singing Heartbreak and Kintsugi Kid under my breath at work all day
