One time my mom called 911 because the neighbor lady fainted on our front lawn while bumming a cig. I was like "mom don't call 911 she is high", then my mom took that as a queue to say " oh never mind actually" hang up on the cops lol

The neighbor then got up and walked home, the cops then came by asking questions, and I got to see my own mom put herself Into a situation where she had to lie to the cops to protect her friend. I was like " you know you wouldn't be in this spot at all if you just could tell she was clearly just on drugs and didnt call 911 in the first place"

Turns out our neighbor was getting stoned off her son with cancer's Marinol and couldn't handled it.

 

One time my younger brother called 911 because our other brother wouldn’t get him a bowl of cereal.

We were watching Texas 9-1-1 or whatever on hulu today which triggered our devices to call 9-1-1 today when there was a line where an actress said "Hey siri, call 9-1-1" so.... that was fun.

I'm on day 6 of COVID and I'm running out of stuff to watch. Looking for something like All The Presidents Men, Margin Call, Spotlight. Something where dudes talk on phones a lot and I get to say "ooo got 'em". I think I have most services other than Showtime

Started watching Extrapolations. This will end up in the “good and important message, mediocre execution” pile undoubtedly. But I’m invested after two episodes.

 

First few episodes into season 2 of Dark. I think my favorite character so far is Egon.

 

Started Rabbit Hole. I can tell right away this is pretty much 24 meets Billions, which kind of rocks. I've also read some reviews that compare it to Person Of Interest.

Paramount is killing it in dumb fun entertainment lately.
