weapons training on earth is just firing guns into a dirt hill so it's not that weird they were just firing blasters into the water.

the effects were kind of all over the place on this episode it felt like. certain scenes made it really obvious the volume was being used and was kind of distracting

the flashback stuff was overly long and not really necessary but I'm happy for Ahmed Best and glad he can come back to work on Star Wars

Interesting that Bo is warming up to the clan and told the armorer about the mythosaur before telling Jin

Read a theory that I'll spoiler just in case: Grogu is actually The Mandalorian from the title and will be the one to unite all the people of Mandalore, and their relationship with the jedi

just thought about how terrible it will be when in 20 years they re-release the sequel trilogy like they did the OT and add in new scenes and there will be a scene in TROS when Lando arrives with all the ships theyll cut to one where Mando and grogu are now in the battle.

Also, I know it’s due to budget, but I love how they’re like, yeah let’s resume training on this patch of beach where a huge monster randomly attacked us a few days/weeks ago and we lost 5 of our clan, and we’re surprised another monster came by so soon - you’d think they’d have more contingency and defense plans in place lmao

 

But, that’s a dumb mindset. ANYTHING could happen. Over enough time, they could say Mando isn’t canon. Or they could redo the sequels. It’s all hypothetical. Who cares? There are plenty of things to bitch about in Star Wars. No need to just make shit up haha

I think it’s because there isn’t much life on the planet. They made a point saying the bird thing came a long way to snag one of them. I would assume prey is scarce, so the mandos are on the menu.

I mean, this is the “cult” of the Mandalorians. I wouldn’t judge all of them in this particular group.

I’ve always pictured Grogu with Ratchet and Clank style armor/helmet with metal covering the ears.
