Yeah, the venue itself is fine, it's the getting in and out that is unacceptable. Told myself back in 2013 I would never go there again after going there for a dozen years and I haven't been back since.

 

Blossom is an amazing venue. It’s beautiful, it’s very well kept-up, the sound in the pavilion is fantastic.

Yes, parking sucks. But if you know how to navigate it you don’t get stuck for two hours. Or you leave in the middle of the second to last song - which can suck.

 

Does purchasing a parking pass at Blossom ensure getting in and out easier? Or is it just a closer walk to the venue? I couldn't care less about the walking, but if I could ensure that I won't sit in traffic for two hours, I absolutely would pay to do so.

 

Lawn tickets for Offspring at Bristow are $30 pre fees, and the cheapest seated seats are in the $40-50 range, which doesn't seem unreasonable to me.

But yeah I'm not going to be in. a huge rush to purchase, I was just curious what they would look like.

A friend got a single seat for Misfits in Tampa for $266 after fees. She's also trying to get the Megadeth VIP upgrade that goes on sale tomorrow. No idea how much that's gonna cost.

The Darkness announced some European dates for a 20th anniversary tour for Permission To Land. In their FB post they noted future dates would also include the US so that's something to look forward to.

 

On the long list of things I hate about the proud boys is the fact that they co-oped Fred Perry as their logo. I miss wearing that

 

Damn, that Four Chord lineup bangs. A little surprised that The Gaslight Anthem and The Interrupters are billed over Alkaline Trio, but the lineups themselves are very balanced and interesting.

Just got two tickets for Maneskin in Toronto...dynamic and platinum pricing is in effect. Got two upper level tickets for $43 USD each, with another $18 USD in fees per ticket.

 

Solid for an arena show. I wish dynamic pricing would work the OTHER way sometimes too, like "This section isn't desirable so lets LOWER the price".

Wow. Four Chord is awesome.

 

I’ve gone to blossom many times in my life, and I absolutely refuse to these days unless it’s some band I actually have to see like blink-182 or say if like Linkin park came back. The parking is atrocious, even if you know how to work the parking lot it still takes forever. And I am not leaving a show I paid for early during the main act.
