As someone who just spent several days in their country, I don’t think the majority of the Dutch would be called traditionally charismatic lol. About 90% of the people I met were very nice but incredibly straightforward and it can definitely come across as harsh or abrupt to people of a British sensibility. I quite liked it tbh, people seemed more free to speak their mind.

Obviously, Levy shouldn’t let that influence his decision, but maybe it rubbed him up the wrong way.
