Looking forward to Ted Lasso tonight. March is loaded with highly anticipated and flag ship shows ending/starting.

i got roped into peacock for EPL. Is poker face any good? Is there an overarching plot or mystery or mainly just case of the week formatting?

 

ted lasso is out already and poker face is great, there’s a slight overarching plot but mainly case of the week.

 

Pokerface is very good. The main story is really in the first and last episode with a little bit here and there in between to connect them. It’ll make sense when you watch it.

I really wasn’t trying to start shit here. You said it was because of Sony’s licensing fee. I mentioned that Sony had agreed to a lower rate. Off the top of my head it’s won GLAAD and NAACP awards. I understand that it’s a corporation, I’m also in the industry. My point is that at some point we need to be concerned that no one is interested in the art of it all.

Since it seems there's a fair bit of reality/game show talk in here, did anyone watch 'the pressure cooker' on netflix? I thought it was a really good mix of a culinary competition and then the usual alliance/back stabbing strategy game. Big brother meets top chef is the best description ive seen.

I wanted to love it, but I hated like 60% of the players and couldn’t get my head around the fact that you can steal/destroy people’s shit, but becusse you can’t physically like attack them, there’s literally no way to stop it lol

That Starz deal is worth it for new season of Party Down alone, shit's fucking hilarious. idk what I'll use it for after but I'll have like five more months of it to figure it out
