How good was that move for Pogba's chance in the first half?

Excellent. We had a few moves like that just couldn't put them away. Their keep had a stormer too. Unfortunate.

Our second half was poor though. Didn't look like scoring at all once we kicked off. Never should have given up that goal as well.

The midfield will be found out again against stronger opposition, I hope Jose realizes that. I think it should be Pogba and Herrera as the two, with Mata ahead of them or Blind behind them, depending on the circumstances.

How is MLS scheduling so bad that the Rapids have 2 games in hand while some other teams only have 2 games left.

As there's a shitty international break coming up, how about some daily Sporcle quizzes to keep us occupied?

Another interview from Rooney, just no way this ends well for him. Probably a question of whether he'll be out in the January window or if we have to keep him until the summer.

Feel bad for him. He's someone that everyone just seems to want to fail.

Sadly, he's just not built to last like other top draw players. May be best for him to move on. I get why he still gets picked for England but starting him definitely destroys any chance of the England team having balance.

He has to play no 10 or not at all and I think we have better options at no 10.

Then again we are England and we've never picked players on ability, it's always been down to reputation.

His legs are gone, he's been playing regularly since 16. Minute wise, he's gone through a whole career of football. He could play a couple more years if he didn't have the first touch of an elephant. The man is finished at the top level unfortunately. MLS or China are his only viable options.

  13. I'm guessing he goes to one of the big Italian clubs.

Would he go back to Everton?

Doesn't matter what he does he'll still be first choice and fucking captain for England.

Everton wouldn't take him, Koeman is smarter than that.

He could do really well in Italy. He's an intelligent player, just off the pace.

Maybe a few years ago. I think Everton have evolved over the past few years. They no longer buy ageing players.

Bonucci is as equally a dick as Diego Costa.

This goes from funny to sad when you find out it's because he's avoiding child support. Disgusting.

Basically need Rapids to mess up their two games in hand and FCD would only need a point.

The pitch for this friendly looks like a field near my house. That field is barely maintained and has divots that will shatter ankles.

I don't know why I am subjecting myself to watching this friendly. This pitch is atrocious and I've seen better soccer played at the lowest college levels than what is being shown. I have to question why they even agreed to playing this.
