Um, holy shit. Sign of a great trailer? I want to watch the film instantly. ACAB, though, even the protagonists in a horror flick.

Love that DotD remake, but above the '79 version??

Yep! Don’t get me wrong, I fully realize 79’s impact, but it just doesn’t do it for me. I like NOTLD over both Dawn and Day (OGs). The remake’s opening is up there with my favorite first 10 minutes of film ever.

 

I’ve probably rewatched the ‘04 Dawn of the dead more than any other zombie movie

It's about time for an It Follows rewatch.

 

it still follows, no matter how many times you see it

 

I absolutely adore It Follows. The ~vibe~ of that movie absolutely fills me with despair in a way verrrrrry few flicks have.

 

This podcast gives me so much joy and I’m glad they’re covering such a fun and purposely loose franchise.

 

I’ve never loved a podcast as much as theirs. I want to just hang and talk horror with them all day.

 

I forgot to add Nope. Last year had too many good movies

 

I was reading the discourse earlier and it’s wild. It was something many were looking forward to.

I mean a certain franchise is releasing its 6th film next week soooo some preparation may be in order.

 

What are you in the mood for? I'm doing some sci-fi tonight (classic Godzilla flicks) but I have Nope and Zombi 2 on my list for this weekend. Have also been enjoying my Final Destination rewatch!

 

Yea I did an FD2 rewatch this morning. Hoping for a Michael Myers Vs. Log Truck film at some point.

 

Between watching the Sopranos and playing the Quarry, it’s been so long since I was in the mood for anything. Just hit play on Pearl since it was talked about today. Might go for some Japanese horror tonight or maybe tomorrow if I fall asleep haha

That’s planned for this week! Although I’ve watched most of them already this year.
