That's so bizarre

 

Vagrant did this with Life is Not a Waiting Room where they pressed it on 2x10", which is odd

 

It's definitely a strange bunch of releases and as much as Stay What You Are was a hugely influential album for me growing up I don't know if I can buy it and support it after what Chris did

The only reason I got the In Reverie vinyl was because I pre-ordered it before the news came out about him

 

Yea I had that and STD Sound The Alarm on the 10" albums. Sold them though.

 

Damn Sound The Alarm was such a good album.

 

It really is. I didn’t notice the size or “live” tracks until it got delivered. But I’ve spun it and it’s just the full studio album. Why it’s labeled that way is unknown to me.

That’s fair. I have been able to separate the art from the artist and focus on my enjoyment of the music rather than the writer. I don’t tend to post about them on my socials and I keep it to myself generally. I’ve been a little more public with Saves, where as I will not post about Brand New and the vinyl I’ve had before it all came out. That’s just how it’s worked for me.

 

Possibly some Gatsbys vinyl coming.

I dunno man, 10 year anniversaries on RFC are starting to feel like the reissue special edition that came out 6 months after the original CD release.
