I somehow managed to snag all of The West Wing on DVD at Goodwill for thirty bucks. Been a while, not sure exactly where I left off, so I decided to restart from the beginning.

What browser do you guys use for streaming (if you're not on your Roku TV or whatever)? You ever notice Chrome doesn't support Dolby Audio? I guess it's uncommon for PCs to even have 5.1 setups? I've had the sound card for it for a while but didn't really look into surround sound until relatively recently when I started messing with VLC to play physical media.

It took me over half of this trailer to realize that it was the trailer and not a cell phone ad, so they did a great job with that tone. I'm always interested in what Lindelof is doing, and the cast is pretty solid too.

Hey remember that limited series about the Waco siege on the Paramount Network A few years back with Michael Shannon? Its getting a sequel on Showtime for some reason. It will depict the trials of the surviving Branch Davidian members, Timothy McVeigh planning the OKC bombing, and the rise of the militia movement in the 90's.

5 episodes. 4/14.

 

Waco has been in my queue to watch for a few years now

 

Its ok. It tries to give all perspectives, but it almost goes too far the other way and comes off kind of little too sympathetic to Koresh which is weird.

 

I liked it but I hate cops

 

I liked that Waco series.

 

I have two episodes left. Was riveted during season one. Thought season two's ending was bullshit. Not sure I have any predictions for the end

 

Waco was good

 

Is Fatal Attraction a good movie? Don't think I've actually seen it before. Might need to watch it before the show premieres

 

Also Fatal Attraction and Grease are just the first of Paramount adapting their film library for content. Flashdance, The Italian Job, Love Story, The Parallax View, Urban Cowboy, Warrior, and Arlington Road are after that.

Also a live action Aeon Flux series based on the old MTV animated show in is development for P+ too
