I just finished my first watch of the Sopranos a couple weeks ago and feel the same way.

I think I'm having withdrawal too because any show I've tried watching since then, I just can't get into lol.

And I know you're not there yet so no spoilers, but I absolutely loved the ending.

 

Apparently I dipped right before Sopranos (and Mad Men) got really good. idk, realism is depressing. gimme monsters and magic. (and poc and queer ppl)

I know I heard you the first time I'll get to it eventually I'm watching Lovecraft Country rn

 

I like Netflix's crappy reality TV shows at this stage of my life because my wife and I get maybe an hour or two of TV every few days because of our schedule with the kids, and I don't have the room in my life for prestige dramas like I used to. Give me crappy shit like Love Is Blind, Perfect Match, The Circle any day of the week.

That said, I'm genuinely not sure who I'm rooting for on Perfect Match at the moment...
I was behind Ines until she matched with Damien in the last set of episodes. Dom and Georgia are probably a close second, but there's not really anybody likeable here at the moment for me. But at least Chase and Bartise are gone.

Just watched the movie Causeway on Apple TV with Brian Tyree Henry and Jennifer Lawrence. Really loved it. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something moody and extremely well acted.

Peak copaganda I will probably still watch it. What if one of these feds took sip of IPA and and was like "then I told the mentally disabled 17 year old I was going to give him a bomb and he actually believed me!"

 

Though I am watching this Paramount+ Original doc series about the 1982 murder of an Italian banker who was a financial advisor to the pope and how that might be linked to the Vatican, Mafia, and Italy's far right. Murder of God's Banker. Very good.

 

If you've watched any of Love is Blind Season 1, it's hard to be a fan of Damian period.

I don’t know if this is an unpopular opinion, but I actually like Joey a lot. He’s super corny, but he seems like an okay guy. Kariselle is way too much for me though

 

Joey has grown on me a lot.

 

Kari’s on another dating show? She was a riot on Are You The One

 

Maybe I just am jaded and expect projects to do the dumbest possible thing, but I read this premise for Hulu's Up Here (3/24 no trailer yet) and think " ok this will end with a reveal that one or both of these characters die in 9/11 wont it? I've seen Remember Me I know how this will go."

 

March is going to be a good streaming month.
