Art Damage is my least favorite of theirs, but I feel like it’s yet to have grown on me. Thinking i should get it and listening on vinyl will do the trick lol

Field Day records did the repress last in 2021. Did they have to get the rights to make those? They made about 2000?

Yeah I heard they were only allowed to press a certain amount, and that's why there hasn't been more pressed.

QUESTION FOR THE GROUP:

what are the sub-collections within your collection?

for instance, I collect autographed vinyl (I try the hardest for this. About 1/10 of my collection is autographed), trying to get certain complete discographies (Wesley Eisold, The Smiths, etc), or set lists from shows that I put with the record they were touring on.

what y’all got?!

 

I don’t really have any sub collections. For me, it’s hard and costly enough to get the albums I want on vinyl in the first place. If I see a record of one of my friends at a store I will usually buy it. I also loosely try to get releases tied to The Lawrence Arms and that Chicago scene, but most of the items I’m missing are smaller/early releases that tend to go for more than I want to pay on Discogs.

 

I'm definitely an autograph chaser too! I have a wall of autographed CDs, plus a few LPs that I still need to display properly. I also recently started a drumstick collection of sticks I've caught at concerts and/or got a band to autograph.
