TIL that Austrian law requires all dishes labeled Wiener Schnitzel to be made of Veal. In Austria the pork variety is usually called "Schnitzel Von Schwein"

 

Yeah typically on menus here it'd be called Weiner Schnitzel but you can choose between veal, pork, or chicken. I usually go pork.

It definitely is, like mine wasn't the calcium kind of stone but it was definitely from Diet Coke and sodium. So those are the things I have to cut back on now

Ok I will share the regional chain that it is my "happy place" spot.

So in the southeast there is this gas station chain called Dodge's Store, it is almost like a southern shadier version of Wawa. My town has the sole location in Florida. Many many many memories walking up there drunk at 2am to buy corndogs. Holds a very special place to everyone that grew up here. Also one of the only stores for miles around where you can buy beer until 3am.

Turkey Legs too. Also in the mornings Biscuits and Gravy. The main thing people go crazy for there is the JoJos, which are the big thick cut potato wedges.
