LOL Why would they just find out the line up when they show up at the fest?

    Things have changed.

I originally wrote 400-cap rooms but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt lol

You would be surprised on how many artists don't know what event they are playing until they get there, I've worked on festivals in artists relations and a lot of times they don't know anything about the festival.

I dont doubt large multi genre festivals most bands are clueless.. I was referring to this post in specific about this show. I am pretty sure Placebo will be aware it is a Nu Metal fest and wont be shocked by the line up when they show up.

  5. The fuck did St. Louis ever do to them

  6. It’s so fucking stupid, wish I could filter out every post in that ilk

It wasn’t sold. Crazy side note…the venue I worked at is part of a larger Six Flags property. Kingdom Bound, this 3 day massive Christian music fest would be held there every year.

To appease the promoters of the event the park would bend over backwards for them. There’s a roller coaster called the Viper and the park would actually cover the sign and change the name of the ride while the festival was happening. They also successfully bullied the park into having a Marilyn Manson set (part of Ozzfest that year) cancelled or else they’d move the festival to a new location.

I doubt Brian Molko does detailed research on every lineup the band is booked. They probably just show up where they’re told which is why it’s funny to me to think of him and Stephan showing to this festival in Vegas with all these bands they likely despise.

Has anyone ever bought Preferred Seating on Ticketmaster? I was looking at Ghost tickets today and noticed that it let me click and buy it without having an American Express card or even typing in a presale code. They charged me and the tickets are showing in my account but for some reason I feel like I kind of... cheated somehow? And I'm worried about my tickets being valid for some reason, it felt way too easy lol

These venues seem kind of big for Yellowcard

Preferred Seating is in the same vein as Platinum Tickets. Usually they’re aisle seats and cost anywhere from $10-30 more than the regular seats in the same area. Totally normal for them to go on sale during presales so no need to worry!

$48.95 per ticket after fees for the Gaslight Anthem in my city.

$134 for a pit ticket after fees feels like highway robbery.

    EDIT: This is for Yellowcard.

It’s different for each venue. Some are 60/70 after fees

$75 after fees for Philly show

That's for the Charlotte date. GA in Philly is $75, much better call. I couldn't justify spending over $100, even with a pretty solid return lineup. Very ambitious goals for YC here.

Can’t wait for the announcement a few weeks before that tour that the band “decided” to give fans a “more intimate experience” and are moving into 3K cap ballrooms

The cheapest I saw for Baltimore was $24.50, but it seemed like it went up to $100+. Looks like tickets are selling fairly quickly though

I will bet you three VIP clownin' around NFTs* to Bamboozle that the tour won't downsize and it will actually sell really, really well. Most shows won't sell out but after a certain point the majority of tickets available will be resale.

    * - I will draw you a NFT that only you can have and nobody can steal that will not grant you access to the Bamboozle festival
