Like they don’t sell lawn tickets? Yeah even 6k is way ambitious

    Pavilion only.

    Blossom is not 28K capacity.

Yellowcard is playing the ~8,000 capacity amphitheater in Chicago which...definitely feels too big. Their farewell show here was at the House of Blues and I feel like they haven't had the renaissance that like, My Chemical Romance had, during their hiatus. Plus they just did an album play here at Riot Fest last year. This is the same venue that acts like Phoebe Bridgers, HAIM, Florence and the Machine, etc. played last year (who are definitely all bigger) and I know there's a case to be made about these venues just wanting events happening to fill up the calendar, but this is definitely ambitious.

Yeah they were also never really as big as MCR. Surprised the venues are this big but hope they sell more tickets than we all think lol

Idk. It’s been almost 7 years since they’ve toured, the support is great, and they’re playing their biggest album (overall one of the biggest of the era too). I’m sure these shows will do fine

No one on this planet cares about a venue being “too big” as much as people in this thread do lol.

Saw that The Killers are coming to the Hard Rock Casino in Gary, In and tickets are out Friday. Looked at an article and it said that tickets START at $139.99. WTF?

I'd rather a venue be too big than too small, should keep prices lower/make it easier to get tickets.

Huh. Looks like the LA date for the Yellowcard show will be at the YouTube Theater. It’s 6000 cap, which seems right for this tour. But… it’s a seated venue?… Seems odd for a pop punk tour

They do when it's half empty lol

are we still lucky to be here? Prestigious

eh. maybe true, but if they're playing to a half-empty amphitheater when they could've done this at a large club instead it's gonna look real damn sad tbh.

they did 2 Chicago shows on the farewell tour and both sold out so there's that... and you also have everyone that didnt go to riot fest that will prolly go to that show. im sure they will have no problem moving tickets

just pavilion, yes. Like Justin said it’s still too big. Unless tickets are like $10.
