I was looking forward to hearing this but it didn’t do much for me at all, unfortunately. Still, glad it seems to be getting decent reviews and that people are enjoying it!

I’d heard her last EP was good but somehow never got around to it. Just starting this album and I’m already really impressed by the first track.

  13. I'm not a fan and even I could write a better-researched review than that. this isn't a comeback album lol. fucking hell

Not to get into the weeds with some lame “art vs artist” conversation, but I think this being specifically Rebecca Black’s debut album is a feature that elevates it. Not that it isn’t, imo, a genuinely good pop album; I’d really dig a bunch of this if someone else did it. But, there’s a specificity to the story leading up to this album that, if you’re invested in it, gives a lot of this a deeper life. There’s a catharsis that I find… deeply compelling.

Yep, it makes me so happy to see her make a career out of music after what she went through.

  17. This is legitimately great and could end up being one of my favorite pop records of the year. Funny cause a lot of hyperpop stuff doesn't have lasting power with me but this feels like it might.

  25. The Boiler Room set is worth for the 360 x Friday mashup alone, I need it on streaming. It's that good
