i kinda dig MIW lately so it'd be cool if they toured with other bands i liked

 

IF that MIW/Atreyu/TWA thing were to EVER happen. I'd attend more than one date. I've yet to see Atreyu and everytime MIW comes remotely close, something comes up. Plus, TWA so that's an obvious go for me. I'll be sure to ask what their spring plans are in dec. But someone that has a date before me, should ask, since I don't like asking him questions like that.

 

sorry again for double posting but All Stars is getting announced next week. placing my bet for Miss May I to be on it somewhere on the bill. they are recording now, so we should have some kind of single by jan/feb i'd imagine. i'd also throw in LMTF, & Sworn In.

 

I'm guessing stick to your guns and after the burial maybe a little higher up than they should be.

 

I was wondering if As It Is will have a tough time getting grouped together with other pop punk bands like Real Friends, The Wonder Years, Knuckle Puck, etc. I could see them sticking with bands that are more poppy like Mayday Parade.

 

I will probably go to the Weezer show mainly to see AMIIW.

 

I was thinking about that as well (and I almost did the same thing with the Panic! tour this year), but I'm sure he'll be back around and headlining early next year.

Got two tickets for the Weezer show! $13.75 service fee per ticket?! Didn't Ticketmaster just get sued for their bogus service fees?

I honestly don't see them having an issue. They already opened for Mayday/Real Friends and had a pretty good reaction from the crowd with lots of crowdsurfing. I saw plenty of As It Is shirts in pop punk crowds at Warped and I think the Sum 41 tour will be great for them as well. If anything I think they have more crossover appeal than bands like Real Friends, TWY, Knucklepuck, Etc.

 

When I saw them at Warped Tour 2015 it seemed like most of their fans were younger girls.

 

I got two for the Fitz show. Those service fees are no joke.

 

Jimmy Eat World, The Struts, Weathers at the Fillmore Detroit 11/30.

 

JEW is also playing the Murat Theater in Indianapolis 12/1 w/ Bishop Briggs. That's a radio holiday show.

Early 2017 tour? All Stars Tour? Split EP? That's about all I can think it could be.

 

They're both names I already expected on all stars. However I wouldn't expect a tour that big to be announced on a Friday. I could see them coheadlining together. Both around the same size (at least currently), different enough genres to pull different crowds for each other, but similar enough to work for both crowds. Would be a smart move for both.

 

I mean I'll be there for sure if it comes around to Portland haha, regardless if it's All Stars or their own thing.

 

If atb is coheadlining all stars I'm never gonna stop the I told you so after you all told me they wouldn't.

It's very obvious that Sumerian is trying to push them to be at the popularity level of Born Of Osiris.
