If I could just forget it

Except on airplane mode. Went through a 7 hour flight recently and couldn't play a single downloaded song. It was miserable.

I have tons of issues with Apple Music on mobile but that might just be carrier issues

  3. I prefer to just listen via my phone even when I'm at my computer because I'm not a fan of the Mac app. I haven't tried it myself yet but I've heard good things about Cider. it also has built-in Last.fm support which is nice.

anyone have an idea of how I can load my iTunes onto my iPhone without a wire? my Macbook Pro hasn't had a port that would connect to my phone in years.

I had an Amazon gift card and decided to pick up one the MagSafe wallets with Find My connectivity since I’ve misplaced my Spigen one more times than I’d like to count lol. Does the function work pretty well?

I got the M1 Air secondhand, and while I want the newer one, there's no reason to upgrade. It's that good already. If I were buying today, I'd get the M2 Air. Best value for a portable Mac.

My fiance dropped her iPhone 14 in the tub for like 5 seconds before immediately passing it to me. No cracks or scrapes.. we should be fine right? I told her not to charge it for like 5 hours to be safe, removed the case, and dried it with a soft cloth right away. At 2 months old I'm guessing the IP68 coating is more than fine? We've turned it off for now too since it's late anyways.

iPhones today can withstand about 19 feet for up to 30 minutes underwater so it will be fine.

12 hours later and it still won't let her charge..

It can take a while for the port to dry out unfortunately. Apple’s website even says it could take up to 24 hours.

If you guys have a MagSafe or other wireless charger that would be the best bet. You could easily find a cheap one if you need to charge the phone.

spare only the ones I love

Now that y'all have had a few months to sit with the Gen 2 AirPods Pro, is it worth the upgrade from Gen 1? They're on sale for $199 right now and I'm thinking about pulling the trigger. I'd keep my gen 1s for backups.

Accidentally ran my AirPods Pro 2's through the washing machine yesterday in the (zipped) pocket of a pair of pants. Shook everything out, wiped them down as best as I could and let everything air dry overnight. They seem to be fine today, thankfully.

My wife has had her pair washed 3 times, gone in the dryer once. Only time they broke was when the dryer was involved.

Good to know! After I first took them out and dried them off yesterday, I put them in to try and the right one was making a weird whistling sound with with an occasional "chirp" of feedback. I figured I'd let them dry for a bit longer before using.
