Didn’t expect Seattle to do much considering how out of season it is, but to concede in the 88’ is brutal.

Gordon winner nailed on. Totally against the run of play it must be said.

I’m all in on Sabitzer. What a player.

This is only because he went with gloves + short sleeves which is objectively the best way to play football.

  10. Djed Spence having quite the debut for Rennes so far. Still mind boggling that Conte didn’t even give him a chance considering how poor we have been at RWB. But it could end up being a blessing in disguise. Porro is in. Spence getting big minutes at Rennes. If they end up being our RWB duo next year we’re set for a long time there.

Klopp refusing to talk to James Pearce now is hilarious. I'll always say a true measure of a person is how they talk to you when things aren't going fine.

Folks, I've decided my midlife crisis interest is gonna be Soccer.

Been to a Newcastle United game, loved it, gonna give the MLS season a shot.

    What else should I know?

If you get into the Premier League, I would say rather than arbitrarily choosing a team, watch some games or highlights packages for a few weeks and see what teams you enjoy watching. And do a little research into them, who owns them, what their history is, etc.

If you want title favourites every season, go Man City.

If you want title outsiders who have still a shot but it's unlikely, but have a lot of history and big fanbases, go Arsenal, Liverpool or Man United.

If you want fun midtable teams go Aston Villa, Brighton, Brentford, Crystal Palace, Leicester.

I watched MLS so much more frequently when Paulie was around. Man was infectious for the league.

    Good point haha.

I was thinking that both are decent mid table clubs who have good managers and players, and in the case of Villa, sizeable financial backing.

Awfully strange seeing Keylor Navas line up for Nottingham Forest.
