Yeah I think that's what I was getting at, it wasn't as wild as I anticipated. Nothing prepared me for how horny it was, though.

 

Going into Infinity Pool and Skinamarink I've seen trailers for Enys Men, Bunker, and Consecration. I don't have a lot of interest in them but I figured maybe some people in the thread might? Check them out and let us know if they're good?

Evil Dead Rise trailer and R rated Renfield trailer look great on the big screen, I hope I get those again. I'm still waiting to get the full trailer for Scream and not just the teaser on the subway

I'm kinda tired of seeing the Knock At the Cabin trailer tbh. 65 with Adam Driver looks like a fun time, tho

 

65 does look really, really fun. Obviously the storylines are completely different, but it looks way better than anything in the Jurassic World series imo.

I'll give it another shot tomorrow night. Last time I made it about forty minutes into it and just wasn't in the mood for it.

 

It's definitely a "prepare yourself for an uncompromising experience" kind of movie lol. Still recommend watching it in the dark.

Theater experience was...interesting. Lol

 

there's no way i'd want to see Skinamarink in a crowded theater with people who are just expecting a scary movie. if it was a small arthouse kind of theater, mayyyyybe, because at least people are (usually) a little more open-minded and quiet with movies that show there.

 

Yeah I went out of the way to go to our little art theater to see it cause I knew I didn’t want to see it with our AMC crowd.

 

Has anyone seen Tau? Another Maika Monroe horror flick should be a no brainer but I've never gotten around to it

 

I haven't but I will soon since I see it's on netflix lol

 

Man I really want to check out Skinamarink. I think I'm finally in the headspace to give it a go.

Been watching some reviews for The Outwaters on youtube. Really curious about that one.

 

Skinamarink is the scaredest I've been in a theater since seeing The Shining before the release of Doctor Sleep

 

(Jaws and Hereditary are also up there)

 

Also very curious about it from stuff i’ve seen on twitter
