Any one outside the US hear the new track yet?

 

It’s good. Wasn’t expecting the double time intro. Chorus is great. I’ve come to pretty much accept consistency with Bayside at this point

 

Not an INK fan, but I’ll be going into this with an open mind. Bayside can do no wrong

 

Okay this fucking rules. These guys are seriously firing on all cylinders as of late

Luckily it was just a couple lines before back to Anthony so the INK involvement was minimal lol

Probably my least favorite of the 5 songs they've put out so far as part of this collection, but it's not bad.

Overall though I agree with what Anthony/Jack said, that they've been able to increase the quality of the music by recording it in small batches.

 

Absolutely LOVE this. Banger after banger.

 

These new songs are my favorite thing they’ve done since Killing Time. Love the combination of the heaviness from Interrobang and the classic Bayside catchiness on this newest one. So excited to see them for the first time in 6 years in a few weeks. I got burned out on seeing the same songs over and over again, hopefully they play all the new stuff.

 

These guys ever tour with Coheed and Cambria?

 

Early instrumentals sounded like a System of a Down song.

Also, we probably should have just kept the other thread and changed the title to EP series.

 

Songs good, honestly could have used more Spencer in it though. INK is great.

 

Don’t mind INK,but this is a missed opportunity on some nice little Deryck Whibley feature.
Those guitars sound heavy SUM41 and that prechorus is literally tailored for Deryck’s delivery.

Would be nice to see a different vibe on the third EP. Maybe some slower or more mellow stuff. I have no issues with the first two EPs, but they all kind of seem cut from the same cloth. Bayside is generally a very consistent band, so it's not surprising it sounds that way, but they're also great with the slow/mellow stuff and it's been a while since we got something like that.

 

I really hate this release model.
