Is natty sauce a real thing or is it just some made up thing that gets brought up when someone needs a fictional condiment?

 

I've heard of Natty Sauce because St. Nate mentions it a lot on here but I haven't the foggiest idea what it is and I don't want to ask and sound dumb.
