Good to know. I don’t typically really ever care about being close up at most shows, so I’ll probably hang back at the stages most of the day

 

They're back!!! One of my favorite bands for sure.. they just did a tour with The Wonder Years that I went to.. and they have a new album coming out at some point next year

 

It makes me irrationally mad that We The Kings released a song called When We Were Young

Featuring Derek from Mayday Parade too. Should have called it "1:35pm" lol

 

Yeah but I love Derek so that part doesn’t fit my narrative

 

Did anyone else had tickets to that cursed When We Were Hungry festival? I got my refund like 2-3 weeks ago and a few days ago I got a notification from Paypal that the refund was cancelled. Since last week I have been trying to get a hold of someone over there but no one answers. Paypal are not much of a help too, I can't get a person to talk to over there and it won't even let me dispute that

 

Stayed far away from that sketchy fest. Seems like it was the right decision lol.

 

Looks like they also haven't refunded bands who paid to be on it

Bit late to the Finch chatter but one of the only magazines I still own is a copy from Jan 2003 which was a double front cover (front and back) of Finch and The Used. Sums up where they were at that time.

so happy I caught them live during their brief time as a band. Still listen to that album.

 

Is anyone else wondering if this will get an additional date next year? Weird it hasn’t been announced yet, unless there’s a 2nd wave they’re holding back.

 

I'd be very surprised If they don't announce a Sunday date

 

Yeah it looks like the lineup is like 15 acts shorter than last years. I’m expecting a second wave of artists announced along with a second date in late January (around the time the first fest was announced).

 

A's looking at two spots for their Vegas ballpark, with the WWWY festival grounds being one of the locations.

 

Tropicana is the most forgettable and bland hotel on the strip so my vote goes to tearing that down

 

Wild. I thought for sure that they would move to Portland

 

If anyone has buyers remorse and looking to sell VIP tickets lmk

 

Surprised this is still just one date

 

I feel like there's no way they don't add a second date but I don't think the second weekend will happen this year

 

If they announce a second weekend, I will have two VIP for sale. My girlfriend and I were going again this year and two weeks after this went onsale and we bought tickets, her vet school roommate sent out her save the date wedding invites for October 22nd. Literally the only thing that could trump her going this year ha.

 

I'm still optimistic that they'll announce a second weekend along with artist additions. I can't picture Live Nation and all the artists denying that payday when the demand is clearly there.

 

I’ll be genuinely surprised if they don’t add a second date. With how quick it sold out, I feel like it makes the most sense?
