didn’t realize there was that much public outrage about it, wild lol

 

Germany doesn’t play with white power and nazi sympathy.

 

surely, not saying they shouldn’t have been pulled especially with where they’re playing specifically in germany. just surprised that 1) metal fans really care and 2) it’s not like this is new info that just came out so they certainly knew this when booking them ya know

 

Pretty solid lineup for Slam Dunk Italy

 

That’s the music biz for you, of course they knew, but $$$. This isn’t a strictly metal festival. I think with metal fans, it’s kinda don’t ask, don’t tell with Phil at this point. It was in a really dark place with drugs and alcohol when a lot of those stupid things took place. So there is def a camp that think he is different now/those things were fueled by substance issues but who knows

 

yeah for sure. he may be better now but those things are still there, ya know. i’ve gotten drunk and stuff hundreds of times in my life and never once had the urge to do a nazi salute or shout “white power” or anything like that

i’m sure they’re not too pressed, their tour here will do crazy numbers

 

Tour the city streets in the day, see great music at night. Sounds dreamy

Interesting tidbit that I think I missed when this was announced yesterday. Not the album I would've picked but still cool.

 

First lineup announcement for Red Wing Roots dropped today.

 

IIRC, they were supposed to do this album play in 2020, but it was scrapped due to the pandemic

 

not sure when it’s getting announced but it looks like the fall out boy us tour sure does have bring me the horizon on it

 

Wonder if it will be just the two of them like the blink/Turnstile package or if there will be a third

 

Yeah concertleaks on Twitter said the dates are coming soon.

 

I can’t imagine there isn’t one more opener

 

I wonder if it’ll be a co-headliner, or of BMTH is opening for them?

 

This is certainly a choice. BMTH don’t play anything pre-2015 anymore right?

 

The tour makes sense today but would be wild to see 10 years ago

 

they actually play a lot of different stuff, you know a lot of the recent stuff but they have even done medleys if Pray for Plagues stuff.

 

Would make sense for tomorrow as Bamboozle is being announced and seems a likely headliner there

 

Fall Out Boy is significantly bigger than BMTH and will play much longer, but I could see them having a bigger font size than your average opener

 

Okay I just got word

the tour is FOB/BMTH/pop punk opener. I’m not going to say who. The rest is known, but I don’t want to spoil it all lol
