I thought the second season was great. also I read that Purdy had a plan for about 5 seasons but they wrote each with a reasonably definitive ending in case they got cancelled. I'd happily watch anything from her because she's the best TV writer of her generation

How did I just realize a second season of Undone exists? Loved the first... I'll check it out.

 

My Dad is notorious for always falling asleep on the couch in the evening after work (he's like 76 too), so whenever I visit them and we watch a movie or something together I force him to sit on a folding chair, so he remains just a tad uncomfortable, to help keep him awake, haha

 

Yeah, I apparently missed that a second even came out and have been too embarrassed to admit it until now

 

"Argentina 1985" was fantastic; everyone should give that a watch. Great script, fantastic acting, really well done set design, music, everything.

 

Lol. Yeah, I am pretty bad about being able to stay awake myself (and I'm 35). Was hoping for better tips than going to a friend's house where I may not be as comfortable though, haha.

 

What helps me is having caffeine a bit later into the day, so something like a good 100mg of caffeine after 2:30pm, which usually helps keep my mental energy up later into the evening, helping me watch 1-2 things in an awake-enough manner

 

I just stay awake. Or if I’m too tired I don’t put on a movie, I got to bed instead.

 

Threw on That 90’s Show, maybe it’s just my low expectations but this is pretty great 7 episodes in. Have no idea what else you’d want out of this if you liked the original

 

don't want to pass judgement, but you must be young. I'm in my mid 30s and it doesn't quite work like this lol.

 

Sometimes I'll also take a power siesta/nap, where I'll lay down on the couch and shut off my brain for 15-20 minutes (sometimes at like 7pm); usually that will then provide my brain enough boost to last the rest of the night before I officially go to bed

 

My body doesn’t even need sleep I’m built different

 

Most recently I went into Glass Onion feeling awake. Dozed off for like 10 mins. Woke back up and finished it. So I guess your siesta theory works haha

 

I’m only 4 episodes in but that 90s show is delightfully similar to the original. I’m surprisingly enjoying the younger cast but it is heartwarming to see the OG cast and the callbacks. I really hope Netflix doesn’t can this and they can continue for at least a few seasons. If How I Met Your Father can get a 2nd season this definitely should too!

 

I am very addicted to The Mole. Netflix better order more seasons of this
