I saw them on the Screaming tour too. One of the best shows I’ve ever been to.

Got to see them serendipitously because all members were playing in different bands opening up for Forgive Durden in seattle before Thomas moved out of state. Gatsby got on and played Theatre and it was beautiful

Yeah I remember this! I was so bummed, it was at Rebel (fka The Docks) right? I was there right up against the barracade... Mainly for Cartel but totally in for every band on the amazing bill.

I ended up getting on Cartel's guest list for the Buffalo/Williamsville show the next day and hung out in Cartel's tour van smoking weed with Kevin, Joe, Nic and Ryan before hanging backstage the rest of the show with them. It was surreal haha.

 

Miss GAD and Forgive Durden quite equally

 

Did you listen to the Only Twin album last year? It does not sound like Forgive Durden, but the two Thomas’s worked on it together

I'll definitely be curious to see what happens if they actually are writing new music. Bobby was the backbone of a lot of that to my knowledge.

Oh damn - realizing 2023 is the 20 year anniversary of R&S. Gotta be some shows to celebrate and prob FurnaceFest. Plus they shared the pig on IG.
