Waiting for the release of this album so I'm currently shuffling the Uno Dos Tre complete album... X-Kid, Lazy Bones, and Dirty Rotten Bastards are songs that I remember really liking and still do. Haven't listened to these songs in years.

I thought I dreamt seeing that comment, but now I'm realizing that's an actual opinion and it hurts

Idk I don't want to come across as a Blink fanboy or anything because honestly I really dislike that band. Both GD and Blink have used words and said things in their songs that are really gross BUT we all have problematic favs so what can ya do

I love both Green Day and Blink but to me Green Day is so much better that I honestly can't fathom people liking Blink more, though obviously tons, if not more, people do.

Probably because American Idiot was the first album I ever bought but it's still my favorite album of all time from my favorite band of all time

Green Day was my favorite band for a long time; they're not anymore, but I still also can't fathom liking Blink more. But yeah, opinions and all that jazz, and that's cool.

A better comparison is Green Day and Yellowcard ;-)

Haven't listened to anything other than Bang Bang or Still Breathing yet, but I think I like both songs and Bang Bang has grown on me a lot since it's initial release

I struggle with this opinion because it feels a bit shallow, but I know that I would enjoy the trilogy much much more if they beefed up the guitars on a good handful of songs. The cleaner distortion was just overkill throughout the majority of three albums.

the tones on the trilogy make the majority of the songs sound super empty. uno in particular suffers

I agree with you on one level, yea. Warning was the first time I felt like they were using a cleaner sound, and I got used to it and eventually loved it. However, it just seemed repetitive on the trilogy. Like I said, it's hard for me to express this opinion because on one hand, I don't like the sound of the complaint of "The guitars need more distortion man! More noise!!!" but on the other hand I just wanted some punch at times. I liked a lot of the songs on the trilogy compared to most people, but I just had some issues with the overall productions. Some songs could have been much better if they weren't so dedicated to the cleaner sound, and I rarely will ever use such an argument. Believe me.

I love the trilogy and RevRad. Both rank in the top half of GD albums for me!

The cleaner guitars worked on Warning, on Uno I agree most of the time it just doesn't. The fact that you say you love Warning excuses you from the "more noise!" crowd lol. Cause yeah, they made cleaner tones work before.

Yes, it's a fun feel-good family movie. I saw it in April at Tribeca and really enjoyed it, Billie does a pretty good job.
