So I thiiiink the move Sasha hit on Kairi is her new finisher and supposed to end in a ddt. The setup was slick as hell but didn’t really translate into a ddt (looks like Kairi bumps too soon in the setup). Thought she was about to hit a Widow’s Peak at first, though, which would have been dope.

The promo was…. Shaky. But Sasha (sorry, Mercedes) has always been prone to getting tongue tied on the mic

 

Kairi was supposed to land on her feet

and yeah Mercedes isn’t the best promo but I feel like she was purposefully over enunciating because of the language barrier

Mercedes kinda sounded like she had a cold or new veneers or something with her promo. But her intro came off big-time, so if nothing else, that's a win.

 

Mercedes Mone is better than a lot of the other names it seemed like she might have used

Kenny had maybe the best entrance of all time. Seeing him back in NJPW is gonna make it hard to watch him in AEW because it’s night and day lol.
