That thought crossed my mind also. He's realised Spurs aren't the project for him and he wants his payoff. Feels like it's getting toxic now.

What the fuck are Chelsea doing letting Aurier score against them?

  3. he’s just weird. And even worse after a loss. A few days ago he was saying how he understood the club’s project and was happy with it. Today he makes remarks like the one above. It’s tiring lol

    It's all hell.

Chelsea selling their two forwards and then spending over £100m on a defence that hasn't improved them at all is hilarious.

They're the weirdest team in the pl

Yeah this is the first time I've had it too, thankfully it has not been too bad for me - taste/smell is 95% gone but not 100% though! Hope it is mild for you too :muscle:

Season is over boys, time to pack it in and pick it back up in 2023/24. Got to love the commitment these new owners have to their vision, which so far appears to be spending an inordinate amount of money to send the club on a backwards trajectory in record time.

I've always felt ENIC was the closest to American style for profit ownership in the prem. It's never been about trophies, it's been about profit, ranging from the new stadium to the wage policy to transfer policy, etc. I'll never trust Joe Lewis and his terrible business practices.

Was just coming to post that. It’s utterly bonkers and I hope we stay well away, especially given the talk is that Atletico don’t want an option to buy in there.

  13. Also hired a manager that made sense for a rebuild and both sides stayed patient. Spurs have stayed in their weird limbo stage for too long.

Why are we so insane as a fanbase?

Insane fans are the best part of any transfer window. Fans whipping out flight trackers, identifying blood bags, it's great.

My favourite is when we worked out Partey via cloud formations.

Looks like Arsenal are getting Smith-Rowe back this week, too. Everything's comin' up Milhouse!

People forget we have been missing our second top scorer from last season for all of this one. Huge.

Good tweet. Makes me feel old, though, as I can remember when Depor were a "force" in the Champions League.

Not to mention winning La Liga in 2000.

I just looked that season up - Depor won it with 69 points!

  25. I’ve been harsh on Conte, and the club in general, but I will say there has been some bad luck with injuries this season as well. Injuries happen to every team so you can allow let it be an excuse to a certain extent. But it feels like every time we get one player back two more go down. Son, Kulu, Lucas, Richarlison, Bentancur, Skipp, Romero have all missed a handful of games each, some longer. So it’s been hard to get in a good groove.

But we should still look better than what we saw yesterday.
