Why do you think I said, “Silly blockbusters with a clear voice can be a ton of fun”? The Guardians films rule, but that doesn’t mean I like that as the primary tone of big genre blockbusters. (See: my growing frustration with the Marvel Cinematic Universe in recent years.)

 

Guardians is, in fact, one of the better MCU series.
