Did super quick research for the last 30ish years and Blyleven got 17%, Larry Walker got 20%, Jack Morris got 22% and Bruce Sutter and Tim Raines got 24%. Those seem to be the lowest.

Harold Baines got 5.3% but was a Veteran’s Committee vote in so that doesn’t count.

Every year they always add a bunch of guys that have no shot anyway. I mean I counted 12 players that have no business even being on the ballot this year as 1st timers they will be gone next year.

I think 15% is more than fair. Plus get rid of 10 votes max rule too.

 

If jacoby gets 5% it should automatically bump up to 10 next year
