PF Changs was on sale on Grubhub last night so I thought I'd try it for the first time. I don't understand why anybody would choose this on the regular over their neighborhood Chinese or Thai takeout spot where they could get the same quality food with larger portions for much less.

My first thought was "wait I don't even get a complementary eggroll? What the fuck"

 

the upcharge for fried rice is what pisses me off

 

I only ate there once but people might go for the vibe of the restaurant, I'd much rather just have my local Chinese place.

I much prefer to support local Chinese restaurants, but their beef with broccoli is the real deal.

 

PFC's spicy eggplant was good, but it was no better than my local Thai spot's which is much larger portion, comes with a protein, and I can get a 6 piece of veggie rolls with it and it comes to the same price.
