Just looked it up. NBC Must See TV Thursdays were Friends/Will & Grace/Just Shoot Me/ER for two seasons, 2000-2001 and 2001-2002.

lol just watched the Murderville Christmas thing. so fucking dumb but so good. the good cop bad cop routine is probably the hardest I laughed at anything this year

hope this show gets renewed, top tier dumb fun

 

They need to do Murderville specials for every holiday and 10 seasons of the show. Its a comedy goldmine.

 

I'm a little late so sorry for catching up but:

Malcolm in the Middle is great. Also Shameless basically remade it and added sex and swearing.

HIMYM has aged horribly, and Ted is maybe the worst main character of all time. The two areas it does well is realizing the side characters are better and really boosting their priority, and keeping gags running throughout the seasons.

 

I used to be obsessed with slap bets. And going to the mall.

 

Fox Sundays, NBC Must See TV Thursdays, and Nickelodeon SNICK Saturdays were the most important to me as a kid. Was never really a big ABC TGIF guy, I think even as a kid I thought that shit was corny.

 

All of the Robin Sparkles stuff is really the only thing I still reference or talk about from HIMYM. Also the joke from Ted about “I went on a date and asked a girl who her favorite band is and she answered Glee”

 

Oooh… TGIF was my shit for a few years there thanks to Boy Meets World.

 

Started rewatching The Office for the first time since it ended and oh man this still hits so hard. The ratio of how much I'm legit laughing out loud per episode is monumentally higher than the vast majority modern comedies.

Most comedies nowadays I'm just like "oh this is amusing" but they rarely make me actually laugh.

 

First three seasons of the Office are so damn good. First isn’t great, but it’s funny and helps set 2 up. The Dundies on is incredible.

 

yeah TGIF was huge

 

I rewatched all the way up to the end of season 7 and I was surprised at how much I still enjoyed from seasons 4-7. I think even the more absurd stuff I wasn't as into when it came out just made me laugh now.

Finally got around to watching Return of the Joker. I don't know if I like how the Joker came back but the flashback with Tim was really heavy stuff

I don’t have the mental capacity to commit to a pod that will be that long haha but I hope people enjoy it.
