Damn, that’s some big ol’ news. Guess it definitely ends association with Marvel after GOTG3.

 

I think it works out though, James got to finish the GOTG story he started and now he gets an exciting opportunity to breathe life into a stale operation.

Will Gunn oversee anything non-DCEU? I wasn’t sure if he’d have anything to do with stuff like Reeves’ Batman movies or Joker.

 

From my understanding it’s every film under DC. He probably won’t put them into the larger picture of things but I assume he will be a producer and will read the scripts and maybe toss some ideas in the air.

Jason Mamoa playing Lobo, going from saying “my man” underwater to saying “my bastich” in space, would be hilarious imo. I’m not a Lobo person, but his daughter Crush seems cool, so hopefully they’d also use her.
