So this guy has done a lot of tour management work with bands like State Champs, Microwave, Boston Manor, and more.

He’s also from my hometown and I’ve heard a LOT of stories about him being creepy and weird with girls. It’s been a pretty open secret for a while, and even two girls I met at university as far back as 2013 that were talking about him. Says a lot that the replies and quote tweets of the original post are filled with stories or agreement.

I was told that State Champs fired him a couple of years ago after hearing some stories, but he still gets a lot of work it seems. Last I heard he organised and took a band on tour in Japan.

 

I remember reading stuff about him on tumblr at least 10 years ago or close to it

I don't know where this goes, but it was an interesting read, and I wanted to share.

The only reason I thought here is because it's about holding venues accountable for their actions against bands, but that might be flimsy logic, so I dunno.

There’s a new Nick Carter allegation. The link does go into disturbing details so tread lightly. Article also notes 3 other lawsuits from incidents occurring from 2003-2006. And of course the fans are out in flocks talking about how there’s no way he did it because he was nice to them at a paid event. I don’t really expect to see any sort of accountability towards him or the rest of the group to their response from the initial allegations a few years ago.
