I hate this trend of right wing agitators with shows/podcasts having Kanye on to spew horrendous shit just so they can ostensibly go “whoa whoa whoa, now I’m not with you there”, when in reality all we have is Kanye being really direct with his bigotry and these grifters try to be more tactical with their approach. Fuck these hosts trying to act as a moral authority within their bubbles.

 

I don’t think anyone here thought he was redeemable. Twitter and Reddit, maybe, there’s always people like that on there.

I don't know, maybe I've reached a point of no return with my cynicism, but I'm having a hard time believing there's anything that could truly completely ruin the career of someone as big and prolific as Kanye. He's been giving people ample reasons to completely ignore him with increasing ferocity for nearly a decade now and has remained largely unscathed.

I realize he's losing his business partnerships and is in a lot of trouble on that front, but his overt Nazism is getting pretty close to becoming the mainstream beliefs of the Republican party. Someone there will pull him in. People who are getting ready to hold pretty big positions of power within that party are just like, a half-step away from this kind of rhetoric already.

 

All you have to do is go on Twitter and see the giant group of people behind Kyrie and Kanye.

 

Oh definitely, but I don't know how much those people can really keep him afloat at this point. I think it's going to be more about people with money, influence, and power becoming more comfortable with spouting these views openly and pulling him in. The more this shit becomes accepted in the mainstream and not just in Twitter spheres, the easier it becomes for him to just assimilate.
