I want to make some apple cider based cocktails tonight. Any suggestions?

 

We usually just play penny/nickel slots and hang out. It's fun. I'm hitching a ride with them, so I'll be able to drink! :D

I'm going to have to look into the restaurant there, but I'm assuming I'll just end up with chicken or something because I'm lame. But I love the junk food they tend to have. I'm super hype.

Hot spiced cider plus bourbon because bourbon in anything is awesome.

 

This is 100% my backup plan if I don't find a true recipe.

 

I have a great recipe:

1 sprig mint
1 tbsp fresh mint leaves
1/4 oz simple syrup
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz mescal
4 oz apple cider

Muddle the mint leaves in a cocktail shaker. Add remaining ingredients and ice. Shake vigorously. Pour into the glass.

 

I have never had oysters

Somebody mentioned trader joes and their all beef hot dogs a few weeks ago. I'ma pick some of those beasts up tonight or tomorrow.

 

I'm gonna eat seafood today

And I know that sounds like "Ohh it's Dustin he eats seafood all the time" but I'm just going to kill time so traffic dies down because I didn't eat lunch and that's on the way home at a convenient spot

The grilled cheese stuffed crust is real good. Idk if it tastes like grilled cheese but it is tasty.

 

Also I had some aquatic animal themed fruit snacks from Trader Joe's and they're amazing. Try them if you're into that sorta thing.

 

but for real: does Trader Joe's sell anything that's not good tho. I can't even imagine

Tempted to go to TJ's in the morning to get some pumpkin spice goodies. Maybe they have some pumpkin spice almonds or something.
