  1. This remix was brought up in the interview above. Totally forgot Pendulum was back so that came out of nowhere!

I still remember them live in Czech Republic on Rock For People in like 2008.Absolutely nuts.Jumping, running around and climbing everything that was around them.Seen them bunch of times after but that show was just so special and they were still that new band and I remember people around me just staring like wtf is going on.

  12. Hmm not really feeling this one. Kinda reminds me of Stop The Clocks in the sense that I'm waiting for it to explode with a memorable hook but it just feels a bit limp front to back. Weirdly, even though it's drum and bass centric, I feel like it's lacking their usual energy. The little heavy tease at the end is frustrating too.

  15. The vocals blur so much together that it took me the video to realize Chris sang leads at some point. It's been a while since that happened and they should do that more often!

Chris has one of my favourite voices, definitely miss him taking the lead. his little part on satellites is so good tho

    Non-album singles, ranked and tiered

    Destabilise
    Slipshod
    Stop the Clocks
    The Paddington Frisk
    Redshift
    Radiate

    The Void Stares Back
    Quelle Surprise
    We Can Breathe in Space

    Rat Race
    Hoodwinker
    Supercharge

    (Haven't listened to Bull yet)

  19. I love almost all of them so I'm not sure I can manage to rank them. The only clunkers are Stop The Clocks, Thumper and We Can Breathe In Space, the latter mostly because the rerecording still bothers me production wise.

tough thread on Stop the Clocks, one of my favourite Shikari songs

only ones I don't love are Supercharge (maybe their worst song imo), Paddington Frisk and this new one

also I know it's a b-side technically but All Eyes on the Saint >>>>>>>

  21. Oh if we count bsides that one, Kicking Back On The Surface Of Your Cheek, Acid Nation, and Keep It On Ice are my favorites. I can't listen to Take To The Skies without adding those last three as bonus tracks.

  22. Caught them last night and it was one hell of a reminder they put on a fantastic show! Hadn't seen them since the Mindsweep tour so it was interesting going from their heaviest era to one that include some of their mellowest cuts, with the "new" (how is Nothing Is True almost 3 years old!?) songs slotting in perfectly between oldies. The Great Unknown, Satellites and Modern Living in particular stood out!

It wouldn't be an Enter Shikari set without a couple surprises but I was happy to hear old deep cuts such as Gandhi and Solidarity. Having Cody Frost join them for Bull was rad because she was only announced for earlier tour dates at first. I hope they manage to find a way to keep The Void Stares Back as a staple, even without the feature, because whew the crowd went wild during that one. Definitely the highlight of the night.

Sadly I arrived too late to catch Wargasm's set but Trash Boat were great and they played a new song I'm itching to hear a studio version of.
