Yeah, they have a rather clear route if everything goes to seed.

 

I do feel like this draw really worked out well. I think I have the lowest combined ranking, but have Germany who you can’t really count out if it ever.

 

Yeah I can’t believe how easy their route is. The only hard game I have for the is either Uruguay or Belgium. I have a Belgium/England semi and I think both teams are a bit crap. Other semi is Brazil/Argentina I think

Yeah I like my teams. Netherlands would be one of my favourites and Australia are a bit crap but could be fun.

Still not quite sure if I will actually watch anything from this World Cup but I’ll probably break when the games start happening.

 

Denmark is one of my dark horse teams so it’s cool to get them. And my girlfriend is Iranian so I guess it’s cool to get them too, but apparently some of the players praised the Iranian leaders before leaving for the WC and it hasn’t sat well with many people from there with everything going on.

 

Seeing rumours that Ecuadorian players have been bribed to lose their opening match 1-0 to Qatar. Hopefully it's bullshit but I guess only time will tell.

 

I saw a statement the other day this this world cup has already cost Qatar 229 billion... I fully expect they're trying to buy themselves into the knockouts.
