Influenza is running hard around here right now

 

Its BADDDD where I’m at too

 

We've been more RSV here. Flu started creeping in over the last couple weeks but our childrens hospital especially has been wrecked by RSV and COVID

 

One of the guys I work with was just talking about RSV this morning. its nuts!

 

My niece and nephew over the last month and a half have had:

Stomach bug
Flu
Ear infection

 

The lady in the cubicle next to me has been coughing up a lung for 3 days and you'd think she'd be wearing a mask but nah. Every time someone mentions it she says she feels fine.

 

could just be allergies. Mine have been nuts the last 2 weeks due to the 74 degree weather and now its freezing as fuck and snowed/rained last night.

 

my wife works in pediatrics and she's already pushing 12 hour shifts to keep up w/ all the sick kids. she's normally doing 8 hour shifts around this time of the year.

 

If she wasn't such a shitty person and COVID denier I'd be willing to give her the benefit of the doubt, but I just assume she's trying to kill me.

 

I’ve had a major sinus infection for months, been very annoying and I just found out what it was like a week ago.

 

I love having a kid in daycare. It ensures that I'm always varying degrees of ill.

 

I was sick the weekend after Halloween. It wasn’t Covid but I felt like absolute hell for 2 days and then was mostly fine.

 

My sister was sick for a month, kept testing negative, one day her symptoms got a little worse and she finally tested positive.

 

My gf has been a daycare worker for about a year now and I think I've only gotten sick twice in the past year. Her on the other hand....

 

If he only talked about werewolves and vampires, he’d have my vote.

 

I’ve gotten a couple sinus infections and a mild flu, nothing too major. My daughter has gotten all kinds of things, since elementary schools are germ factories

 

Okay seriously, what the actual fuck here?
