    What has love become?

This is Key and Co.'s last love letter to you as a fan and friend. Have patience, it will be worth it!

A lot of the twitter posts had the show's poster they were going to so I thought it had some validity to it. Oh well lol

Not listening until this album until I can officially stream it while wearing my good headphones, not a chance in hell.

  4. On this week's podcast Jason brings along special guest Craig Manning to discuss the final Yellowcard album and say goodbye to the band. Yellowcard have been a part of the formative years of our lives, and on September 30th they will release their last album. We discuss what the band's meant to us, our favorites in their catalog, and then go track-by-track through the new album to talk about we like, don't like, and how it stacks up with the rest of their discography.

For some reason I always like to hear it before I listen to the album. Don't really feel like it'll ruin it for me and it's interesting to compare what I think the songs will sound like from their descriptions to the actual songs

For most albums I do as well. Idk I just want to go into it with a clean slate (besides the two singles) because I have a feeling with all the talk of how they encompass the sounds they've had during their career, I think the songs are still going to be very distinct. I want those little surprises left unknown if some notable parts are mentioned during the discussion.

Edit: Also, expectations ruin things more often than not for hyped up albums imo

Starting my WYTTSY listen and must I say that the opening track is a total fucking jam. One of the best breakdowns in their catalogue.

i made a top 10 playlist for Yellowcard and after I made it I realized I didnt have any WYTTSY on it, which is interesting. I really do enjoy WYTTSY, it used to be my favorite album by them, but like has been said before it just doesnt feel like an album but a collection of pretty good YC songs.

I don't remember my top ten, it probably changes every day. I think With You Around would have a shot but I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't make the cut.

yeah WYA was the one song i considered putting in there but then I decided I wanted Rest In Peace instead because honestly that song has become just an absolute top tier song for me.

You know, RIP might be getting close for me too. It's a great song, but I think where I place it in relation to all their songs will be impacted a lot by how I feel about this album as a whole.

I don't talk about my love for yellowcard much but I found them OPENING for no use for a name in high school and have loved them since. They mean so much to me, going to miss them
