Hell yeah. It's a lot of fun. I finished watching last night and I do think the ending drags a bit once Dougie is focused on less, but still a movie I'm gonna return to every year.

 

Definitely gonna be one I watch every year now for sure.

The only thing I wasn't into is the cat kill. But at the same time, him spelling out BOO with it's blood was pretty funny

 

Hahaha yeah the payoff of that is fun but I get that being upsetting.

 

finally did Pearl and Barbarian tonight. will post thoughts on Pearl in its thread... once I finish processing it lol so probably not anytime soon

as for Barbarian, sorry to say I'm not really on the hype train. the first 40 minutes were absolutely masterful and a 10/10 short film, but once it swapped the escalating tension/cringe comedy combo for gross incest monster film with the grossest dude of all time I kinda checked out

 

I still need to see Pearl is it streaming anywhere yet?

I Haven't seen Satan's Little Helper since high school. I checked out the IMDB and couldn't believe it's already 18 years old lol... been watching this kooky shit for a long time!

 

I’m going to a local haunt tonight, and then I think I’m gonna come home and watch Pearl.

So I guess Terrifier 2 is going on Screambox on Halloween. That’s definitely going to be my Halloween night and I’m very excited. Anything else on Screambox worth checking out? I haven’t subscribed before.

I’ll have to watch that at home. No way I can’t sit through a 2.5 hour slasher in theaters.

 

Yeah glad it’s going to be on Screambox on Monday. I can’t sit through a 2.5 hour movie in theaters anymore. Interested to see the pacing as it’s by far the longest slasher I’ve ever seen.

 

As someone who has a short attention span, it doesn't feel 2.5 hours.
