I’m at the Vegas airport right now and they’re selling the Adele album in this souvenir shop. They reeeeally pressed waaaaay too many of these things, didn’t they? Haha

 

Stayed in Baltimore this weekend for a wedding and my wife and I did some exploring around the city. Wound up at some of the best record stores I’ve literally ever been in (strongly recommend The Sound Garden if you’re in the area). Did some major damage. Here is what we picked up—pretty all over the place in terms of genre haha.

Sound Garden is amazing, I'm not in that part of the city very often but when I am I always stop in (and almost always spend money). Which other shops did you go to?

 

Other one was Celebrated Summer Records. Smaller store but still a great selection

 

Haha that one is right down the street from my in laws and I've never been. Every time we drive by it I remind myself to check it out, but never think about it when I have the chance. I'll have to make that happen!

I know most of us were like "damn, $75 for a single LP?" but the packaging and materials for the 20th anniversary of The Moon is Down is 10/10.

 

I'm happy with it also. Just wish they had packaged them up better before sending them out because the spine of my jacket got pretty dinged up; which is frustrating because it's the first thing you see when looking at it on the shelf.

 

Yeah, top front of mine has a bit of a ding (you can see it in my photo) but all things considered, it came through okay.

 

Mail day.....finally!

 

Two good mail days for me. I think the only ones I'm waiting on now are L.S. Dunes, Midtown and New Found Glory.

 

There's some bands that my wife has said "if you ever buy an album from (insert band here) I'll break it over my knee". This would be one of them... I'm ready!!
