I'm obviously all for her version of a Melodrama

 

with it all produced by Jack, i'm expecting darker 1989, and i'm all for that kinda vibe going into the winter.

 

Imagine if it continues the vibes from the latest 1975 album

lavender haze...kinda. always has some of the good parts of reputation. sweet nothing sounds like a mix of lover/evermore

I typically don’t care about preserving an album until I can hear it in full (like, avoiding singles or whatever)… but, it’s Tuesday night of release week, and I’ve heard nothing for this long.

So, yeah, no way I’m listening to any leaked snippets or songs ‘til the whole thing’s officially out, lol.

 

Snow on the beach is a bit more evermore-y. Whereas Sweet Nothings felt more Lover.

lavender Haze sounded like big pop reputation

 

Vinyl showing up Thursday and listening that way for the first time would be the friggin DREAM

 

SOTB sounds like a spiritual sequel to gold rush, tbh

 

Thought Snow On The Beach was pretty cool. Lavender Haze sounds like a jam.
