I’m almost 30… I’m gonna sit at concerts. I’ve had fun in the pit, but it was more of a magical experience when I was younger. Now I just want to have a good view and a beer.

 

I always enjoy sitting down and wearing sunglasses at concerts so that no one bothers me if I nap.

 

I watched my first show sitting down last year and it was such a boring experience, I feel totally disconnected.

My biggest hate is when you have to stand in seats because everyone else is standing. I pretty much always stand at gigs, but I just find it awkward rooted to the spot standing in a seat. Usually accompanies by people clapping along and shit. NOT FOR ME

I feel too old to do anything at shows anymore. The last like 3 shows have mostly been filled with people a decade or more younger than me. I just grab a beer, pick a good spot and watch/enjoy the music.
