I have no fucking clue but Miami's offense was playing like literal trash at the end of the game so I am guessing thats why?

Yeah, the new overtime rules can actually make it valuable to kick in a game where both teams have shit offense. Cause all you need is a stop (likely) and to drive into FG range to win. Whereas the first team has to score a TD to beat you.

Miami had 4 straight drives leading into OT that were either 3-and-out, ended with negative yards gained, or ended in a fumble.

But then Cleveland Cleveland'd and gave them the ball back on their half of the field...

 

I still do not understand it.

If the opposing offense scores a TD, you don't even get a chance. Seems like a bonehead move.

 

He has such a hard on for the Cowboys it's not even funny. QBR is the most ridiculous argument.

Not saying its something that should be done commonly, but, if you're a team like that Ravens/Dilfer team, Id kick off 100% of the time. Hell, odds are higher your defense scores than the offense

 

I guess I could understand it if THAT was the case but umm.....Cleveland is none of those. Well, maybe a Dilfer team.

 

Not saying this should ever be done, but has a team ever opened overtime with an onside kick?

 

My favorite thing about wentz roasting the steelers is the hope that other teams finally do it so people could see how garbage their defense is and how much they overperform after constantly complaining about how it's Tomlins fault when they have hardly any pass rush and a 38yr old as the no.1 corner.

 

Poor Eagles, even when they beat the Steelers it's about them getting exposed instead of the Eagles winning haha

I feel like the Texans are similar except they have the extreme opposite too. They're either way too overhyped or they're given zero credit for anything.

 

I could totally see Barner and Smallwood be worthy of a flex option at some point.

 

Exactly, I honestly still believe the Texans can still get to the AFC title game. I think with the Eagles, people really didn't expect this from them and I feel like they have gotten salty over the fact. If Wentz was on the Cowboys he'd get even more praise.

 

Bears have a very good chance at a Top 3-5 pick...wouldn't be surprised at all if they go for Watson or Kizer.

Loggains needs to be relieved of his OC duties immediately. If it keeps going like this I wouldn't mind Fox getting canned either, tbh. The special teams and strength and conditioning coaches need to go too. I just hope if this season continues to go terrible they keep Fangio. Maybe the next HC.
