Casillas still has an advisory/ambassador type role at Real so hopefully he loses that now.

 

Palace/Leeds has been a good game. Leeds started really well but I think they're currently a team that have to have the game played on their terms.

Interesting Klopp's stuck with the same 4-2-3-1 as v Rangers. Arteta going for Tomiyasu at LB vs Salah seems like a sensible decision to me. Not sure what to expect from this match.

Thiago should have stopped it at source. Trent didn't trust Henderson v Martinelli but he should hold position in the middle in order to delay the attack. Tsimikas overloaded as a result. Silly goal to give away at a silly time.

 

Also what was VAR looking at for the handball review? Looked clear to me.

Definitely thinking more in lines with American football, I realized. Any foul committed out of bounds is an immediate penalty.

Poor second half. Breakdowns in different aspects of play affect other aspects and it becomes a vicious cycle.

We're nowhere near it right now. Need to start being difficult to beat again. Crazy how easy it is for teams to create multiple good chances in the box against us. Used to be incredibly difficult.

 

Potential for a lot of fun with Barca-Celta in a few. Xavi is starting the worst back line I could put together from the available options and Aspas always goes off against us.
